Two days ago Cathryn was diagnosed with the Flu strand A and strep throat. After having the flu shot in Oct. I was just commenting to a friend on Mon. how blessed we have been this year because neither Davis or Cathryn have been sick... Well did I blow it !! That night she started to cough and by Tues. Shannon ended up taking her to the After Care Clinic (her Pediatrician practically laughed when I called trying to get her an appt.). After waiting 3 1/2 hours we were told she was one sick little girl. I had No Idea !! She didn't act all that different, but sure enough as the night went on she began feeling worse. It seems as if everyone around here is sick. CVS even ran out of the medicine we needed and we had to go somewhere else.... Bless her heart she has five different meds. to take. I feel like it is too much, but what else do you do? Cathryn is a trooper and seems to be doing better. If we could just get rid of that cough !!! I just pray Davis doesn't get it.
