One of the best memories I have of Halloween is 2 years ago. We were actually living in Jax. with my parents so Davis could be apart of the "MOVE Program" at Neptune Beach Elem. That Halloween Davis was the UPS man and he rode his new tricycle. My parents and I took the kids to a local church carnival and had a wonderful time. What a special night !!!
